Who's your tour guide

Growing up most of my life in Friuli, I have been very close with wine culture since I was young. Learning the ways of wine from my grandfather, I have acquired a passion in this field since I was a teenager. Once I moved to the United States, Boston became my new home. With many Italians living in this area, and amazing Italian restaurants, I was able to get hands on experience in the restaurant business.

Twelve years in fine dining, working both front and back of the house, I found my calling as a beverage director. My passion was and still is being able to influence people’s palate with the right food and wine pairing, bringing Italy and the experience of breaking bread old world style directly to their tables.

Following this I began work for a National wines importer in the role of Italian Wine Specialist. This lead me to over 10 years in the supplier world, working hands on with customers building relationships, and representing multiple Italian wineries of great importance, while getting to know many new ones worldwide.

Today, I want to share all these amazing winery experiences, and the food that comes along with it as part of an eye opening journey to all your senses, but especially your palate!

I have started my own company EatDrinkItalia LLC to be able to show you what La Dolce Vita is all about to us Italians, and how to live it to the fullest.
